Stand up for Capitalism

At this moment, the fate of our way of life depends upon the decisions our leaders make.  Sadly, that has always been the case.  However, right now, our leaders are making progressively worse and worse decisions on economic matters, and making decisions where the state has no authority to do so.  From nationalising banks to hiking taxes, and from the minimum wage to limiting trade, politicians simply don’t get basic economics.  That applies across almost the entirety of the political spectrum.  It doesn’t have to be like that.

That’s why we’re starting a campaign to promote capitalism on campus.  We’re putting together a database of economists, historians, political scientists, and philosophers from across the country that can explain the importance of capitalism to our society and to our economy.  If you want to hold an event, either with a stand-alone speaker or as part of a panel, contact us at campaigns@students[numeral 4]freedom.com.  Or, suggest to your university Economics society to hold an event - and ask us to get a sound speaker for you to convert the masses!

By holding true to our principles, and spreading the ideas of freedom, we can create a grassroots movement of bedrock support for capitalism that cannot be overturned by future governments or by the insipid socialist student movement.  Capitalism is the only economic system for freedom and prosperity - we have to stand up for it!
